This is an inspiring work that outlines several school librarians’ forays into the world of being leaders in professional development at their institutions. Different topics and avenues into professional development are explored ranging from lesson study, to action research, to information management.
While each and every chapter would not work for me in my own institution, each was an inspiring look into capital “C” change.
